The Spatual Queen’s Melissa Zhang is moderating this NYCAASC food panel “on how Asian Americans are changing the culinary landscape. The panel will include speakers from BaoHaus, Mantao Chinese Sandwiches, NYC Cravings Truck, Dessert Truck Works, and Chinatown Ice Cream Factory.” Will Eddie from BaoHaus get into a snaps battle with Mantao?
