We made our one shining moment with a golf club, a baseball and a football at Cooper Park. The Italian Ice Man strolled by. Refreshment for a buck as we watched short Latino men play volleyball with a ten foot net.

I was on a search today for the elusive Pillsbury Naan in Murray Hill with no luck. I did find Masala pizza, jalepeno & cheese naan and microwavable mutter paneer. The mutter paneer was good. Why do I buy this crap?
Went to Bed Bath & Beyond to pick up some containers and a ShamWow for my mini-Katrina …and of course to food blog. You can get unlimited toppings with their baked potato so I decided to get everything …their version of “Scattered, Smothered, Covered, Chunked, Topped, Diced & Peppered”. I think the lady put more stuff on it than she was supposed to. Good, I want everything!
Then when I was checking out of the store, the cashier wanted to know if I wanted to buy a Bad Air Sponge. How did she know I live in a disaster zone? How did she know I was about to put something like that on my dreamboard?

Shonali came back from D.C. to bring us ignauration souvenirs. Really cool paper weight and a T-shirt with all the Illinois presidents. It’s really weird seeing a shirt with both Obama and Ronald Reagan on it. I told Shonali about how the Secret is getting me an awesome new bedroom. She then recalled how she visualized the same thing for me last week. How if I really organized my space, I could have a really awesome place. So we apparently did a double whammy on the universe. I just wished we visualized someone cleaning up for me.
