For a couple years, I thought that Poo Poo Platter joke was really funny and one of my best. But when I was brushing my teeth this morning and thinking about it, I suddenly un-got the joke. I even tried to fix the punchline below and it still doesn’t make sense. I know sometimes it takes time to suddenly get a joke, but I never knew you can suddenly un-get a joke.

They have a riddle at Life Cafe where you can win a bottle of champagne. I couldn’t figure out the one on the wall, but almost figured out the one on the reciept. It said “Remember… Life is Worth Loving.” I figured you can change the words around any which way and it will still make sense. “Worth is Life Loving” “Loving is Worth Life” “Is Life Worth Loving?” I’m still waiting for my bottle of champagne.

2008 was awesome. Somehow learning how to be a pickup artist turned into starting a food blog. And having a food blog made me lose weight. And losing weight made me believe I can accomplish and get anything I want. And accomplishing and getting anything I want turned into some awesome photos of juicy pork. Yet…
2009 is so new but has already taught me so much. I always thought I’d be happy “when…” when I get a raise, when I get a 42″ flat screen, when I get laid. I realize now that I don’t need to strive for happiness in a pork picture. I can be happy right now.

I came home from a long day of work with a generous bottle of Proseco that Michele from work gave me. I had a nice bowl of Chimichurri rice, meatballs, baby bak choy & green onions.
I didn’t know I was going to foodblog until I opened the bottle of sparkling wine and realized I now have to drink the whole thing. So now foodblog time with the new Ryan Seacrest series, “Mama’s Boys”.
This reminded me of the time I had auditioned for some VH1 dating show. I didn’t make it, but some girl recognized me at a restaurant while I was on a date. She said they used me for promos. I was a little embarrassed because the show was called “Can’t Get a Date” or something and I was on a date with a really cute girl. So it was like I was caught red handed.
There’s a commercial for some gastric staple holder. It’s really gross. Doesn’t anyone read my foodblog? Just Google Paul McKenna. It works. I lost 25lbs in 2 weeks.

So now I pull out the leftover stuffing and grits from the other night. Screw Paul McKenna.

have to stay at work 2 more hours when they say they takes 15mins. dont they know i have fantasy draft? ryan picks antonio gates for first overall pick –so i wonder if this a mindgame or new way of playing. i run to halah cart. i get chicken/gryo platter with falafel, french fry, salad, yellow rice, white sauce, hot sauce. ran home for band practice. stayed in the bathroom for 6 songs.
