Fried up half of Spam with some olive oil, balsamic vinegar and oregano …no need to add salt on this baby. Put it on an onion roll with some salad, mayo and a fried egg. The egg splooged and I luckily captured the moment …just like Eminem would have done.
It tastes like a thick ass salty baloney & ham sandwich. The bread and mayo helped cut the saltiness. Next time I think a quarter of Spam will do …but why is there a next time?
