I’ve seen Baoburg on a couple of best new NYC restaurants lists. I thought I’d try it out.

It’s a small little place. There wasn’t too many people in there for a place that’s a best of. Wasn’t too many people when I walked by during dinner service either.

I ordered the Signature Bao (two eggs in a skillet with chinese sausage, bacon, habanero peppers, cheddar cheese and served with toast $12). It was tasty, although a little on the small side. I think they sprinkled some balsamic vinegar on the eggs, which is a great idea. I tried that at home, but spilled too much on it. Ate it anyway.
