Pork Green Chile, it’s the only way. http://denvergreenchili.com/award-winning-recipes/champion-green-chili/world-champion-green-chili-2011/ In Denver (where I live ) we eat breakfast burritos with this stuff in it and poured over the burrito on a plate with cheese. They are good on their own chopped up on burgers, or stirred into mac and cheese.
