I’ve seen this Empanada food truck a couple of times off and on at the corner of 26th St and 6th Ave. $2 Empanadas, Argentinian style. Thick, doughy and very greasy. The filling is very onion-y. I like it.
They also have steak sandwiches and roast chicken platters.
I get cream cheese bagels from there every now and again. I need to get me some empanadas now.
