I was hankering to try some Suckling Baby Pig. So Jimmy and Khary went with me to Chinatown. I was excited. It was tender fatty meat with crispy crackling skin. Tasty, but a little uneventful. I thought a baby pig would be really small like a chicken and I would have the whole body on my plate, head and all. It just looked like nice crispy pork. The meat was pretty thin depth-wise. Pink and kinda cute. I just wanted to tickle it like a baby.

The guys were still hungry after their shrimp wonton soups. So we walked over to a street cart selling meat on a stick for around a dollar or so. Fish Balls and Fried Chicken on stick! Stick that down your corn hole.
