Look what the Japanese get starting today –13cm high, seven 113gram patties (that’s quarter-pound patties for a total of 1.74lbs of beef), served on American-sized buns to promote Microsoft’s new Windows 7 operating system. This behemoth of a burger will sell for 777 yen (around $8.49 US) for the first 30 people each day –otherwise it’s 1450 yen ($15.86 US). It’s a limited time offer up until the 28th.

I’m a little jealous, but I suppose we can make our own by buying seven Whoppers. That’s cheaper than flying to Japan.

Thanks Sam Shady for the link.

    Good Afternoon,

I’m writing an article on this burger, and I’d like to use that wonderful photo for my article. I do need your permission first, however. If you so graciously allow me to use this photo, please tell how you’d like me to credit the photo.

    Thank you.

@Deanna… Thanks for thinking I took that burger photo, but I just grabbed it from Burger King’s Japanese site.
